The buy-in for this event is $100 plus a $25 entry fee, 100 % of the proceeds from the buy-in for this event will
be the prize package for the last six finalist of the tournament. Each player will receive $10,000 in
tournament chips with No add-ons and No re-buys. This tournament will be 20min blinds.

In June The Poker Palace, will be hosting our 3rd annual Tournament of Champions Invitational. We are very
excited about this Championship Invitational because the winner of this tournament will not only win cash, but a
seat in the 2009 WSOP at the Rio All Suites Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, NV. valued at $10,000 plus all air fare
and accomidations. This years event to be announcd (This year we have added a twist if the winner does
not want the WSOP Seat or trip he or she can opt-out and choose $10,000 in cash instead).
In order to participate in this event you must have been the 1st place winner of one of our main tournaments.

3. In the event that the winner of the Tournament of Champions decides to compete in the WSOP
Main Event(#54) Scheduled to begin Friday, July 3, 2009 and last until Wednesday , July 15,
2009, The final table TBD
4. Participation in the WSOP Main Event is mandatory. The representing player will be required to
wear "The Poker Palace" attire, provided at no charge, during the entirety of the event. This may
include hat, shirts, jackets, and any other clothing deemed necessary. The representing player
will be allowed to retain these items at the conclusion of the event.
5. The admission to the tournament, airfare to the event and back, and Lodging is being covered
by "The Poker Palace". No per diem for food, or spending cash is included in this prize, though it
may be provided.
6. Any prize money won at the WSOP Main Event is the sole responsibility of the Participant, "The
Poker Palace" lays no claim to any portion, thereof, nor will they hold any responsibility in paying
any taxes, state or otherwise, on the amount won.
7. The Participating player must adhere to any rules set forth by the WSOP and it's ruling bodies.
